SpectroHelp can work with images taken from screenshots or loaded from files. Registered version additionally supports animation mode, when image is synchronized with what is represented on the screen.
Depending on what color you do not distinguish well, you should select a correspondent profile on the toolbar. That will change the settings and the available command list on other toolbars.
Besides the modification of all the colors in order to make them more perceivable (for example, the red color), SpectroHelp has the tools for more detailed examination of certain colors: selection of certain colors, color tooltips etc.
